How do I access the Central Dispatch carrier mobile app?

The app can be downloaded from the App Store here or the Google Play Store here. You can use your existing Central Dispatch credentials to access your public and private marketplace inventory.

Do I need to pay to use the app?

At this time the mobile app does not cost a thing. It is a complimentary tool to enable carriers to manage their loads on-the-go in an efficient way.

Can the app be used for all of my Central Dispatch loads?

The app houses all outstanding loads from Central Dispatch public and private marketplaces that have full VINs. A driver will only have access to the loads that are assigned to them from the Central Dispatch Dispatches experience.

How do I use the app to complete inspections?

You’ll start any inspection by scanning or entering the vehicle’s VIN to select the correct load. Watch our demo video to see how best to utilize the app.

Are carriers required to use the mobile app?

Use of the mobile app is optional, but strongly encouraged as it offers significant workflow efficiencies. Using and becoming familiar with the mobile app will also help prepare carriers if shippers request its use in the future.

Can the app be used if the carrier does not have an internet connection?

Yes, the app will advise that the user is offline. The inspection will stay in the Error tab of the Mobile App until internet service is restored and the the inspection will upload automatically.
