FAQs
Carriers – The Dispatches page allows a carrier user to manage loads, regardless of public or private marketplace, from a single location. Carriers can respond to assigned dispatches, manage accepted load orders, bulk action orders to assign drivers or pull dispatch sheets, track their driver transport, and more.
Sellers – The Assigned Loads page gives the shipper a single point of management of all dispatches. Once a listing is dispatched to a carrier, the shipper is able to edit, cancel, re-list, upload and view documents, and monitor load transport.
Dispatches in the previous experience, Dispatched to Me, will stay in the legacy experience until the transport is complete causing no disruption to in-process loads. All new dispatches will be managed out of the Dispatches page moving forward.
Clients can access their dispatches on CentralDispatch.com from a mobile device web browser. The Central Dispatch mobile app is available for carrier partners to use to manage accepted loads. A driver will only see those loads assigned to them from the carrier. Vehicle inspections can only be completed on the mobile app.
The web version of CentralDispatch.com cannot be accessed without an internet connection. The mobile app can still be used by carrier partners to complete inspections and manage dispatches without an internet connection.
